Delivery Terms

Switzerland

  • Price: 6 CHF (Swiss Francs)
  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
  • Free shipping for orders above a minimum order value of 50 CHF.

Germany, Austria

  • Price: 10 CHF (Swiss Francs)
  • Delivery Time: 4-7 business days
  • Free shipping for orders above a minimum order value of 100 CHF.

Europe

  • Price: 15 CHF (Swiss Francs)
  • Delivery Time: 4-7 business days
  • Free shipping for orders above a minimum order value of 150 CHF.

Rest of the world

  • Price: 20 CHF (Swiss Francs)
  • Delivery Time: 7-10 business days
  • Free shipping for orders above a minimum order value of 200 CHF.

 

We only deliver via shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of goods is not possible.

We are not responsible for the delivery times of the postal service or DHL.

Delivery Deadlines

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Switzerland occurs within 1-4 business days. For international deliveries, it takes place within 4-15 business days after the conclusion of the contract.

Please note that there is no delivery on weekends and public holidays.

The delivery period starts on the day after the payment order is given to the transferring credit institution in the case of advance payment, or on the day after the conclusion of the contract for other payment methods, and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the next business day shall take the place of such a day.

 

Returns & Refunds

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@ageless.clothing within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions for the return process.

Please note that any return received after the specified time period may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If you require an exchange for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process and assist in ensuring you receive the desired item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
